Pandurang Shinde, Managing Director an IIT Graduate in Machine Design founded the company in 1980. Heading from a Farmers family, He completed his studies and decided to start own business rather than to do a job. First unit was started in 1980, in MIDC Satara as a small scale unit. Initially producing on small scale the company became Public Limited Company. A new unit at Patkhal was started in 1985. In 27 years span maintaining its leadership in Power Transmission Products, company now exports to developed countries. No wonder why Cyclo is honored with various awards. Major Awards
