• Hepa filters are manufactured with imported submicronic glass fiber media of 0.3 microns and above filtrations. In the normal design the glass fiber media is formed in to accordion pleats separated with aluminium separators and then sealed into the frame with suitable non dissolving adhesives. These filters are designed to give an efficiency of more than 99.97 % down to 0.3 microns with an initial pressure drop of less than 25 mmwg. Standard sizes available are.

Fuel Filter

The fuel filter protects the engine supply system (carburetor or injector) by eliminating and impurities from the fuel. Filtered fuel thus helps to increase engine performance and service life. Fuel filter will reduce energy costs and help fight polluting through their filtering ability of removing all dusts and impurities in fuel (light oil) that goes to the injection part of carburetor by using proper filters according to their uses of gasoline, petrol & diesel vehicles.it must provide a sufficiently high filtration threshold to protect the injectors, in other words by systematically stopping a spectrum of harmful particles with sizes ranging from 5 to 20 microns. It must also maintain filtration performance over time thanks to high contaminant retention levels, without pressure drop due to blockage of the media thereby affecting the fuel to the injection system.

Pleated/Rod Type Pre Filters

Pre Filters are designed to meet the requirements of high efficiency filtration under high chemical exposure and high humidity conditions. These are available in 3different variations namely: HDPE (High Density Polythene)pleated/rod type, Pleated Channel type and Rod-Frame type PH Filter. All the pre filters are made under strict quality control scanner for complete.

Construction: Are made from high quality synthetic non-woven media, supported by a fine aluminium mesh from one side and HDPE media from other side. Media is then housed inside an extruded aluminium frame.

Pre Filters

Pre filters are manufactured from high density polyethylene mesh which has excellent washable properties as compared to other filter media. Since this filter encounters maximum dust loading, such washable property ensures longer service life of the filter. These filters can be offered in non woven synthetic media and can be supplied either in flange type or box (cassette) type construction. The filter can be supplied in MS, Aluminium or Stainless Steel frames.

Metallic Viscous Filter/ Wire Mesh Filter

Metallic viscous/Wire mesh filter are pre filters that are designed for general ventilation and air conditioning system applications as well as for electric motors and plenum air for working areas. These are an economical and a very durable option over other pre filter counterparts.

Construction: The element is constructed using 5 layer of  GI Wire mesh interspaced with 2 crimpled layers and 3 flat layers. The media is supported with expanded metal from both sides as reinforcement and housed usually in deep metal frame (custom build sizes are also available on order).

Specification Efficiency

Standard metallic viscous filters have an efficiency of 65% for 20 micron size particles. Metallic filters with an efficiency rating of 65-85% to capture 25 micron to 50 micron size particles are also available on order. Efficiency can be increased to 85% if the filters are oil wetted.

These are extended surface dry type filters that offer high efficiency, low resistance and high dust holding capacity.

Construction:

High grade synthetic filter media is stitched to make pockets. These pockets are welded at the edges into a rigid, aerodynamic shape. Rigid pockets ensures that the dust cake is not disturbed during fan shut down, therefore there is no loss of pressure drop and efficiency when the fan starts up again. Special spot welded spacers ensure full media utilization.

AHU Filters
AHU Filters is specifically designed for Air Handling Unit manufactures to incorporate Activated Carbon Filters into their AHU's at low cost without the need for purchasing an expensive enclosure/housing . Carbon Filter

Carbon filters are gas phase iaq filters that work in a combinatorial process of filtration where odor is removed from the air by retention of molecular particles by activated carbon granules and fine particles are captured in synthetic non-woven/glass fiber media. These filters are very effective for high efficiency removal and filtration of odor and dust associated with diesel fumes, hydrocarbons, tobacco smoke, body odors, cooking and volatile organic compounds (voc), in public and commercial buildings.

Construction:

a sandwich consisting of wire mesh, pleated expanded gi/ss aluminium mesh, hdpe mesh, fine synthetic non-woven/glass fibre and activated charcoal media are packed together in an ss/gi/aluminium frame. The amount or grams of activated charcoal used per square feet is calculated based on the required filtration efficiency. All gaps are sealed with pu epoxy and rivets are used seal the frame joints.

Turbo flow filters are constructed out of galvanized steel casing. The dual layered, fine fibre glass medium, reinforced with a backing tissue is pleated over corrugated aluminium spacers to form a pack. This pack is sealed into the casing with suitable Sealants on both sides to give additional rigidity to the filter. The special fibre glass medium has been developed after intensive R&D efforts to ensure high efficiency and maximum dust holding capacity. These filters can be supplied either in box type or flange Type construction. The filters can be supplied in MS, Aluminium & Stainless Steel Frames.
