The genesis of Dabir Industries was in the year 1989 by the technocrats who are having years of experience in this field to provide a spectrum of services with the aim of delivering resources to organizations which need a flexible and scalable, yet cost effective solutions. By tailoring its solutions for engineering applications and by providing global support and services today we are associated with conglomerates like Reliance Industries, Godrej, Lupin Lab, Ipca Lab and others for their precision job manufacturing and other process.

 

Our company is engaged in design, development and manufacturing of precision-machined components, precision machined parts, polymer distribution plates, aluminum, copper and soft steel gaskets to cater the customer needs in India & abroad. We use state of the art technology, machinery and systems and strive to excel in quality products to cater to our International Clientele. The Company has the expertise, highly qualified and well-experienced technical staff to meet the growing demand of the Industry.

 

Since last 15 years, our main thrust is on import substitution, To overcome the competitiveness,Dabir Industries conventional manufacturing system has been added by CNC's, And we at Dabir Industries installed CNC turning centers and vertical machining center, with CNC's not only machining time has reduced, but also manpower, and excellent repetitive accuracy's can be achieved. Thus we could guarantee total quality products with 100% interchangeability. Our products are of excellent quality matching up to the best available in the world.

 

Having substantial cumulative experience in tooling and high precision machining, we started manufacturing and supplying of items confirming to customers drawings and specifications. Many companies in petrochemical, man made fibers, pharmaceutical industries discontinued import of various assemblies and spares, for their imported machines, as they are fully satisfied with our supplied products in all respect.

 

We at Dabir Industries also manufacturer & supply the items which need hard chrome plating, stirliting, plasma coating (chrome oxide aluminum Oxide, Cupro nickel, Molybdenum etc.) Except coating operation which being allotted to our selected vendors. Pre & post machining is being carried out in house.

 

Often most of the orders are being executed under third party inspection agencies, where all the records of material stage wise inspection, design changes if any along with dispatch release notes are being maintained by us. We have our in house inspection department having all precession measuring instruments.

Dabir Industries is a pioneer in designing and manufacturing of precision-machined components, precision machined parts, polymer distribution plates, aluminum copper and soft steel gaskets. The first step of our process starts from receiving a drawing or sample expressing an idea of a products. Our highly qualified Design Engineers produce the necessary technical designs aided by specialised computer technologies integrated with CAD / CAM system.

 

We are proud of our plant, which is absolutely unique its highly sophisticated machineries coupled with latest computer technologies, which provide accuracy levels to a micron. We are equipped with full range of latest as well as conventional measuring instruments to check the quality of products manufactured by our highly qualified and skilled technical staff and machine operators. We are very prompt in maintaining the desired delivery commitments.
