a blend of cotton polyester gives the durability at the same time giving cotton comfort to the user. Cotton polyester fabrics are basically in 2 categories:
1). Cvc (chief value cotton) - in this warp is full polyester in  80 or 150 deniers and weft is 100% cotton in 40's or 50's. The resultant blend can be maintained 50/50.
2). We also use intimate blended polyester cotton yarn in counts of 100/2 and 80/2. The advantage of this fabric as it is made from spun yarn the comfort level is more with easy maintenance.

we manufacture 100% polyester fabric using various polyester yarns like micro, cotluk (giving feel like cotton), micrelle which increases the bulk after processing, polyester stretch. We also use fine deniers like 30 and high twist from 1000 to 2000 twist. We also manufacture fabrics using spun polyester (psf) to give more comfort.

our viscose fabric is made from 2nd and 3rd generation viscose. 2nd generation viscose is modal which has brilliant luster and soft, smooth & silky feel. It gives excellent weaving comfort, good drape, unmatched brilliance of colours, soft handle & a bouncy feel. 3rd generation viscose is  birla excel which is similar to tencel. Excel has the best properties of all the natural and synthetic fibres, it is the answer to todays' consumers who want the comfort and luxury of a natural fibre with the engineered properties of man made fibre.
