ALUMINUM FOILS

• Heat Seal Coated Plain and Printed Blister Foil
  Foil thickness 20 and 25 micron with 4-6 gsm of V.M.C.H coating maintained in very close tolerance of +/-0.5 gms
  
  
• Laminated Foil plain and Printed for Strip Packaging:
  Soft pharmaceutical foil laminated with colorless LDPE.
  Soft foil guage from 25 micron to 40 micron in thickness and sealant polymer gauge between 100g to 200g depending upon the requirement of the customer. It is produced both in plain and printed specification.
  End use: For strip packing of pharmaceutical tablests, capsules
  
  
• Liding Foil and Lids
  Soft aluminium foil of thickness 30 or 40 micron plain or printed, coated on the other surface by suitable lacquer for sealing or laminated with PE.
  End use: For use as lids in jars, glassws and cups of PVC, PP, and PS
  
  

OTHER PRODUCTS

• Three Ply Laminates
  Polyester, Foil & Poly produced by dry lamination and heat & pressure lamination. Foil thickness 30 or 40 micron. Polyester gsm 15 to 25, Poly guages 100 to 200g.
  End Use: For light weight packaging with higher shelf life
  
  
• Paper Products
  VMCH coated Glassine Paper of 35gsm to 45gsm.
  End use:Low cost pharmaceutical & confectionary packaging.
  All materials are supplied either in Jumbo reels or in slit to size reels
