We have planned our special installation guidelines that are tabulated below:

• Carefully determining and marking the project’s boundaries

• Creation of a solid sub-base of stabilized road stone to within 4” of final grade. The suggested sub base is of dimension 4”-6” for patios and 8”-10” for driveways

• Compact sub-base with tamper or vibrating compactor

• Addition of 1” to 1 ½” sand bed, which is a leveling bed for paver and is not compacted at this time

• Laying paver in the desired pattern on the sand while being careful not to disturb the bed (view patterns below)

• Spreading a light layer of sand over the entire area and running the vibrating compactor over the stones, when all the pavers are in the position.

• The above process will seat the stones, even up the joints, force sand up into the joints from the bottom

• Spreading a final light layer of sand over the entire area and sweeping in all directions to fill in the joints

We offer 5 year warranty on our range of pavers block on structural integrity factor; provided the material is installed according to the above mentioned guidelines. However, the structural stability of the of the sub bas earth is not the part of warranty offered; thus we have employed expert soil engineers, who are responsible for offering preventive solutions for averting problems that may arise due to poor sub-base. Some of our terms and conditions are:

• If the product proves to be defective, which has proof of purchase by the original purchaser; the material will be replaced at no cost

• Replacement labor and the shipping are not included in this situation

• However, exact color matching of the replacement goods can not be guaranteed

Our tile’s warranty is limited to the structural integrity of the paver. However, it does not include the following:

• The imperfections that are commonly found in concrete products, such as exposed aggregates, small chips or cracks and varying surface textures

• The damage caused by intentional abuse

• Occurrence of abnormal wear and tear, such as surface stains, erosion from water, damage from lawn and garden equipment

• The shade or color blend variations between the paver units

• The shade variations between products and samples or photographs

• Efflorescence or its removal

• Freight of replacement paver

• Use of concrete grid paving units, interlocking concrete paving units, or coping units beyond the applications described in the applicable ASTM standards

• Interlocking concrete pavement institute standards or our tiles paver product information
