About Us
Incepted in the year 1992, Daikaffil Chemicals India Limited has established itself as an eminent manufacturer, supplier and exporter of wide assortment of chemicals like Dye Intermediates, Optical Brighteners, Stilbene Derivatives and more. Our finished OBA's are available under the registered trademark of “DIKAPHOR" . We also offer an important pigment for paint and printing ink industry under the brand name - "DIGAMENT RED 170" C.I. No. Pigment Red F5RK - Pigment Red 170 - C.I. No. 12475 in order to meet the rising demands of the Indian markets. Our fluorescent whiteners are equivalent to European brands Leucophor, Uvitex, Tinopal, Blankophor in terms of quality.
Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. J.G.Patel , we entered the consumer arena in 1995 by converting into a Public Limited Company. His directives has brought us phenomenal success and today our company has a subscribed capital of Rs. 52 Million and have more than 4000 share holders, including foreign collaborators, financial institutions, body corporates, non - resident Indians and Indian public.
Our manufacturing unit at Tarapur near Boisar, in Thane district of Maharashtra has been set up with Japanese Collaboration and the production facilities approved by the Government of India vide their acknowledgement No. 782 / SAI / IMO / 98 dated 22/04/1998. Use of Japanese technology in manufacturing processes has enabled our company to grow from having a small turnover of about 1 crore that year to higher profit in the range of Rs. 10 crore in the following years.
We adhere to several quality parameters in formulating chemicals and meet the requirements of the global market efficiently. Our IEC 17025:2005 certification ensures the industrial user to be sure that the product they buy conforms to the criteria of an IEC standard. Our production setup of international standard and established clientele across the globe has enabled us to become an ISO 9001:2000 company. |

Collaboration
We made associations with Japanese company to set up the Tarapur plant, near Mumbai. Our collaborations with them have enabled us in reaching newer heights of success because of low input costs as well as manual labour in the area of production and automation respectively. It facilitated us in having forward integration facilities from PNTSA, DNS, DAS, DHS to various OBA's under one roof in our production unit. We also have comprehensive technology cum marketing tie-up in the field of "Azoic Coupling Components" with the Japanese Collaborators. We have acquired tremendous benefits from Japanese collaborations and uses of Japanese technology, some of them are as following:
- Reduction the input costs particularly the processes involving Air-Oxidation, Amidation, De-hydration, and Condensation by using advanced Japanese technology.
- Lot of manual labor has been spared in automation.
- Buy back of certain quantities of our products for their valued clients and thus promoting our name in international market.
We further endeavor to join hands with other overseas partners as a "Joint Venture Unit" that will be managed through transparent deals and co-operation from both the sides.

Products We Offer
Under the supervision provided by the foreign collaborators, we are manufacturing and offering wide range of qualitative chemicals. We procure premium grade of raw material from trusted vendors and adhere to various quality parameters in manufacturing chemicals. Our wide assortment of chemicals manufactured by us comprises of Stilbene Derivatives, Optical Brighteners, Naphthols, Dye Intermediates, Dyes and Naphthols 1.

Manufacturing Facility
We have state-of-the are manufacturing facility located on the outskirts of Mumbai, in Tarapur near Boisar. This plant has been setup with Japanese Collaboration having forward integration production facilities from PNTSA, DNS, DAS, DHS to various OBA's under one roof.
Equipped with latest machines and equipment, our manufacturing plant has facilities to produce 60MT per month of DNS and 50MT per month of DAS with sufficient spare capacity for sale, after captive consumption. Comprising of sulfonation plants, air-oxidation tanks, reduction vessels and 4 cyanuration reactors of SS 316 of 10,000 ltrs capacity, our factory has installed capacity for pigment intermediates and azoic coupling components in the range of 500MT per annum.
