Cartridge filter housing are essentials end filters, to get a super clarity & extra sparkle to water that is already filtered by a conventional sand filter. Very fine suspended impurities, colloidal matter, chlorine traces sand particles etc. which escape untrapped in sand filter, are easily separated in these filters. These cartridge filters are most useful, in various industries, for achieving high standards of quality of the finished products as a great help in research activities in laboratories, hospitals, marine & microbiological research organizations. Micron Cartridge Filters are in line units capable of working at a maximum line pressure of 5 kg./sq. cm. Available in various models with Capacities of 100, 500, 1500, 3000, 5000, 7000, 10000, 12000, 18000, 21000. 24000, 30000 Liters. Filter Housing are available in sanitary design to sterile filtration of air and liquid, whereas industrial design for water, air liquid and steam applications.All the filter housings are supplied with pressure gauge, air vent valve, drain valve and support lets with optional material of construction. Cleanable and disposable filter cartridges are offered in Indian Rupees.

Construction:
Imported filter cartridge of Cellulose/Polypropylene material are used, Depending upon the clarity level required, we provide the cartridges in the size of 0.2, 0.4, 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 micron porosity. No. of cartridges & their lengths material. Buffer plate & cartridges support assembly in S. S. 304 or 316 material only. Mainly consists of a sturdy vertical pressure vessel having a buffer plate on which filter cartridges are mounted vertically a detachable top cover enables easy & quick removable of cartridges for cleaning purposes. Filter chamber is constructed out of Mild Steel with Rubber Lining & S. S. 304 or 316 quality material. Buffer plate & cartridge support assembly in S. S. 304 or 316 material only.

WORKING
Water is admitted in the fitter, chamber as indicated & surrounds all cartridges .Through very fine apertures of cartridges, it seeps into the interior of each cartridge & then descends down to collecting chamber, from which it goes out. It is necessary to clean the cartridges of the accumulated impurities after certain interval of time. For this, by opening the top lid, all the cartridges are to be physically taken out a brushed carefully using soft brush or cloth under flow of water.

ZERO DEAD LEG (GMP LOOP) VALVE :

The GMP Fabrication can be utilized to virtually eliminate dead legs in the Design
of Point of Use outlets in a typical WFI Distribution loop.The process fluid flows
through the valve body. As demand warrants, the valve is opened providing an
uncontaminated sample untainted by bacterial growth or contaminants which may
accumulate in outlets greater than 6D. The outlet can also be utilised as a steam

Condensate drain or as a divert port.The valve has been modified to accept a third
port of the same diameter or smaller, positioned adjacent to the weir at the bottom
oh the valve. Typically the GMP Valve is oriented in the vertical position.

 

DPL offers a versatile range of floor drains suitable for light to medium duty load, which incorporate advanced design, high quality and ease of installation at extremely competitive prices. To complete the line of drains, it also offer a range of gulleys and trenches all in stainless steel. The unique seal design prevents foreign particles/ cockroach present in the discharge pipe from entering back in to the sterile areas.

The range of floor drains is suitable for concrete floors or floors with tiled finishes.Being of high quality finish, Floor drains and clean outs are also used where an aesthetically pleasing appearance is of paramount importance.

Designs : Drains are offered in two designs i.e.

• Double seal designs suitable for thick slabs (Ground floor)

Flow diversional valves are double seated 3-way valves designed for pharma, food, beverage, cosmetics and dairy industries. Designed for used in sterile processing systems, both the stem and body bonnet have product protection chambers.
Specification:

• Steam and sterilizing media can be circulated through the valve preventing bacteria in product contact areas.
• The valves are fabricated from SS 316/304 with surface roughness bellow 240 grit. The gasket and ‘O’ rings are of EPDM /Silicon or Viton and seat of Teflon/Silicon.

Stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses are offered from 6 mm (1/4’ ) to 300 mm (12’). The annular corrugated food grade hose body provides the flexibility and pressure tight core of the assembly.Unbraided corrugated hoses tend to elongate when pressurized above a certain level. To restrain this, an external layer of stainless steel wire braiding is provided on the hose. Braiding prevent longitudinal expansion of corrugated hose and thus increases the internal pressure strength of the hose many fold. Braiding is highly flexible and exactly follows the movements of the hose. Unless specified, braiding in stainless steel AISI 304 wire will be supplied , braiding can also be supplied in copper. Tinned copper or stainless steel AISI 316 in case of bulk requirements.

(Ultra -violet) UV system lie just beyond the visible light band on the shorter wavelength end of the  electromagnetic spectrum. The high- energy UV-C ray wavelengths ranges between 200 nm and 280 nm (1 nm= 10^-9 m). These rays particularly the 253.7 nm wavelength, have the singular ability to kill all microorganisms upon contact .

The destructive UV rays strike and enter the body of a germ – bacteria, viruses, yeast, algae and certain protozoa. Once inside, the rays are absorbed by the organism DNA. This kills it at once.It is the simple and swift action that has made UV disinfection the world’s most effective and most economical method of obtaining germ – free water for a wide range of end – uses.
Since no chemicals are required, there are no hazards of storage and over – dosage of toxic and corrosive chemicals. This raises the safety level considerably.

What’s more, the UV rays leave water in its natural state – without causing any change in its color, smell, taste, temperature, pH level and mineral contents.
That’s why UV disinfection is so universally popular.The UV units are built with high efficiently UV lamps surrounded by Quartz glass sleeves to isolate the bulbs from water contact preventing thermal shock, glass breakage & mercury contamination. The sleeves also ensure very high transmission of UV energy with lesser losses. The bulb with sleeve is accommodated in precision engineered SS vessel.

 A wiper assembly is provided for periodic cleaning of Quartz glass from 1500 lph model onwards. An Electronic Ballast operating on 230 V, single phase, 50 Hz AC triggers the UV bulb and ensures minimum power consumption.
