Introduction Centrifugal Finishing Machines are specifically developed for smaller components, and for those that require heavy deburring. These machines use a special HIGH-G force that significantly reduces process time.
Although the process is faster in comparison to vibratory machines, the nature of components determines its optimal utilization. For example, tiny, thin and delicate parts, can be processed without distortion. And time consuming buffing processes can also be taken care of.
There are several options available in these machines. Such as straight barrels, inclined barrels, removable barrels (for small machines), variable speeds, media parts separators, inching arrangements, rubber/polyurethane linings, conveyors, etc.
Dalal Vibro Energy Dryers are designed for stainfree drying and polishing of components, immediately after vibratory/centrifugal finishing.
Heated Maizorb/Corncob is used as the drying media. The rubbing action of the mass eliminates the calcarious residuals of the evaporated water deposited on the surface of the parts. The equipment is offered in, both, batch and continuous operations.
Special Features
Continuous/recirculatory operation Can be automated and added onto the total system Mobile, robust, fast and easy to install Occupies lesser space than any other drying unit of similar capacity and output Adjustable vibratory action to suit production requirements
The Vibratory Finishing Machines are mass finishing machines, used for deburring, polishing, descaling, and surface improvement on metal and plastic components. These machines can be used for a lot of components and processing objectives.
Working Principle
The machine consists of annular bowl lined with either rubber or polyurethane. The bowl is filled up with media (either ceramic, plastic, maize etc. depending upon the finish required) and components. Vibration is achieved by mounting eccentric weights on top and bottom of a special heavy-duty motor with extended shaft on both the ends. The vibrations caused by the eccentric wrights are transmitted to the bowl by springs. This results in a unique spiral of media and components. This increases the contact between the media and components, allowing the deburring and polishing to be completed in a shorter time. Vibration can be varied by addition / removal of auxiliary weights and by changing the angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights.
Additional Types Spirotec Vibratory is specially curved with contracted edge of the bowl. These machines are ideal for highly delicate, light, and small components that would otherwise float on the media in the bowl. Inverse Separation have a specially designed separation system for separation of component which is smaller than the media. Biscuit ware Finishing uses special media and controlled vibrations to avoid breakages of ceramic mugs, cups, saucers, and other components in the Biscuit ware / Bone China industry. Grinding Mill is used for grinding of various types of minerals and powders. These machines are heavy-duty machines and can successfully ground to less than a 5 microns.
Ball Burnishing is reinforced to handle heavy loads of steel balls media. It is designed to give excellent cascade action to the steel media and this reduces process time.
