Ltd., is a reputed medium scale industry firm, manufacturing a range of truck fuel tanks, auto silencers, auto fuel tanks and exhaust systems for the automotive sector. We have a team of experts, which maintain regular supervision during the manufacturing process. We are a ISO TS 16949 2002 Certified Company and have to adhere to its norms. Our products supplied to some of the most reputed automobile brands are self certified and directly supplied to their line on a J.I.T basis. D&S has received recognition from the industry and are a proud recipient of ACMA's 'Quality' award in 2001.

Infrastructure
Our company is well equipped with the state of art manufacturing facilities. We possess modern technology and hi-tech machines that are productive and efficient. We are proud to possess a skilled and trained workforce, an efficient management and a production unit equipped with the requisite machines and technology. We continually invest in technological upgradation to keep abreast with the changing trends. Our current production capacity is in tune of 1000 exhausts systems a day that translates to 6,00,000 silencers and 300,000 fuel tanks a day. Thus, we are capable of meeting large orders and tough deadlines.

Press Shop : The power presses ranging 10 tons to 160 tons and partners to press our components upto 500 tons, we have the most efficient and high-tech machines. Tool Room : We have a modern tool room with CNC controllers to manufacture precise and versatile designs of welding fixtures, relation gauges, etc. Fabrication Shop : Our fabrication shop is equipped with the best facilities for Seam Welding, MIG-MAG Welding, Gas Welding, etc. Paint Shop : Our paint shop has twin bake facility, electrostatic printing facilities and heat resistant printing facility for long-lasting, durable, printing.
