this pulper is a simple and study machine. An 18” dia solid embossed cast iron disc is fitted on to a main shaft that is mounted on self-aligning ball bearings.

the coffee washer is a power driven, heavy duty machine. It is used to wash and remove the gum or slimy contents of the pulped coffee seeds either immediately after the pulping operation or after they have undergone the process of fermentation.

the washing machine is quite simple to operate and with minimum adjustments to it such as

• regulating the water pressure
• feeding rate of the coffee

the exit mouth/outlet adjustments which is fixed with counter weights
