Reducing Valves

We are offering various types of self actuating type pressure reducing valves that are most popular for pressure reduction of steam in all types of industries. Depending upon the work pressures, flow rates and type of fluid, we can also customize the range as per the clients specific requirements. The valve operates on Spring Balance principal.

Special quality stainless steel diaphragm

• Maintains constant outlet pressure, irrespective of change in upstream pressure ( Low Droop.)
• High Turn-Down Ratio, full to 10% ( 10:1 )
• Very ideal for low and medium pressure, steam, gas and air
• Variety of spring range for better down stream pressure control

Specifications
• Valve sizes are from ½" to 6" in flanged end connection.
• Sizes ½" & ¾" are also available in screwed end.
• Standard material of construction is cast steel body/ bonnet and SS-316 trim parts.We are also offering Pilot operated pressure reducing valves that are suitable for clean liquid service only.
