Mould & Tooling Designing We have all the facilities & expertises to create designs of moulds and tools. We are specialized in following types of moulds:
- Injection Mould Designs
- Compression mould designs (Moulds for SMC/DMC)
We are having associations with the expert mould makers ; where We manufacture injection & compression moulds as per our validated mould design. The customer gets the benefit of seeing product design getting reflected accurately in the component matching with the model; thus giving him the best quality product.

Finite Element Analysis An Engineering design is validated through FEA, for ensuring it’s strength against working load conditions, at desired temperature, resistance to environmental conditions, for avoiding any short term or long term failure of parts in use.
Plastic Mould Flow Analysis
- The service of plastic mould flow analysis is one of our most appreciated services. In this service, the plastic prototype used undergoes following types of basic analysis.
- Flow Analysis: Filling analysis to determine the extent of imbalance in melt flow, so that the part geometry can be modified till the melt / flow is at least 90% balanced.
- Cooling Analysis: It enables to design the cooling circuits, which will give uniform temperature all around the mould surface.
- Structural & Warpage Analysis: It gives information on the structural & design deficiencies like molded in stresses & gives its effects on shrinkage / warp age.
We provide complete mould design solutions, to avoid any kind of problems such as warp age, weld lines, silver streaks or air traps. If any product design or mould design modifications are required, then those also will be suggested for getting the good quality and problem free plastics molded components.

Reverse Engineering We offer highly effective reverse engineering service to our clients. The working of this service is mentioned below: Latest Mobile White Light Technology We have I-SCAN400 , the 5th Generation mobile White Light 3D scanning technology. The tiny object of 20mm , upto 10 mm big object can be scanned, giving accuracy lowest level upto 10 Microns Our reverse engineering services include following Working Methodology: A part, mould, die or template provided by our clients is physically scanned to capture & model the piece. This data is manipulated as per the needs of our customer: - Scanning parts & capturing the dimensions in CAD files
- Creation of surfaces from point cloud data
- Resizing of prototype model
- Creation of CAD files from previously handmade models, tools and dies
- Development of multiple size changes from a single model, thus eliminating expensive CAD redesign

 | Project Consultancy We undertake full technical project consultancy of following:

Plastic Welding Solutions We have association with D-SONICS PVT LTD.’, who are the distributors for ‘SONICS-USA’ Plastic Welding machines, in INDIA & Saarc countries.
We are providing a complete solution on’ Joining of Plastics’, including; Component Engineering design, Horn development, Jigs-Fixtures development We deal with the following machines of ‘SONICS’-USA.

 | CAD- CAM in Product Design & Plastics We provide comprehensive CAD-CAM software training programmes in ’Solid Works’ software,’CATIA’to start soon.These programmes are supported by the DOMAIN TRAINING in ‘Product Design with Toolings’ & “Plastics Product Technology”. Till now, we have successfully conducted following: - 2 days workshop on “Plastics Technology” that was jointly organized by ‘JNEC’ & ‘Institute Of Engineers’, Aurangabad
- Training in ‘Plastics Component Design’ for NTTF-Pune & Bangalore
- Short seminars, workshops for few corporates have been conducted, as per the needs of the industry; in special areas of Product design or plastics Product Technology.
The details of the CAD-CAM courses conducted by us for fresh & working engineers: are as follows:- Short term course in ‘Plastics Product Technology’
- The course is for CAD engineers, mechanical engineers, engineers working in design, QC engineers; who want to know the fundamentals of plastics materials & processes along with product design, mould design & joining of plastics.
- A part time, course of 36 hours duration, on every Thursday for six weeks or on Saturday/Sunday as per the needs of the students
A Full Time Certificate Course in ‘Product Design & Toolings’
- Duration: 3 months ( 180 Hrs.) Evening course
- The engineers successfully completing the course would be given a Job Guarantee.

- Ex. SOLIDWORKS’, ’CATIA-V5’
