Latest Mobile White Light Technology

Finite Element Analysis An Engineering design is validated through FEA, for ensuring its strength against working load conditions, at desired temperature, resistance to environmental conditions, for avoiding any short term or long term failure of parts in use.
Plastic Mould Flow Analysis
- The service of plastic mould flow analysis is one of our most appreciated services. In this service, the plastic prototype used undergoes following types of basic analysis.
- FLOW ANALYSIS: Filling analysis to determine the extent of imbalance in melt flow, so that the part geometry can be modified till the melt / flow is at least 90% balanced.
- COOLING ANALYSIS: It enables to design the cooling circuits, which will give uniform temperature all around the mould surface.
- STRUCTURAL & WARPAGE ANALYSIS: It gives information on the structural & design deficiencies like molded in stresses & gives its effects on shrinkage / warp age.
We provide complete mould design solutions, to avoid any kind of problems such as warp age, weld lines, silver streaks or air traps. If any product design or mould design modifications are required, then those also will be suggested for getting the good quality and problem free plastics molded components.

- 2 days workshop on Plastics Technology that was jointly organized by JNEC & Institute Of Engineers, Aurangabad
- Training in Plastics Component Design for NTTF-Pune & Bangalore
- Short seminars, workshops for few corporates have been conducted, as per the needs of the industry; in special areas of Product design or plastics Product Technology.
The details of the CAD-CAM courses conducted by us for fresh & working engineers: are as follows:-
Short term course in Plastics Product Technology
- The course is for CAD engineers, mechanical engineers, engineers working in design, QC engineers; who want to know the fundamentals of plastics materials & processes along with product design, mould design & joining of plastics.
- A part time, course of 36 hours duration, on every Thursday for six weeks or on Saturday/Sunday as per the needs of the students
A Full Time Certificate Course in Product Design & Toolings
- Duration: 3 months ( 180 Hrs.) Evening course
- The engineers successfully completing the course would be given a Job Guarantee.
3D-Modelling Software Training
- Ex. SOLIDWORKS, CATIA-V5
