| | | Coil Heaters  | Micro Coil Heaters are hygroscopic in nature due to Mgo contents. if kept unused for longer period, there is moisture deposition on the terminals. therefore we recommend you to de-moisturize the heater prior to installation by heating them at 100-200 C in an oven for approximately 1 to 2 hours or use controllers with soft start function. This will help evaporate any moisture present inside.

| Tubular Heaters  | Formed Tubular Heaters can be supplied in either Stainless Steel or Incoloy. The helical wound heating wire is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy. And the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swadged, even at high sheath temperature they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer. To prevent the heater from moisture the connection ends are sealed with sealing components. For manufacturing formed elements it is necessary to have a accurate dimensional sketch showing all the centre distances, radius and degrees, thus they need to be provided while placing the order. | |
| | | Cast In Brass Coil Heaters | We offer quality Cast In Brass Coil Heaters to our clients across the globe, which are known for their features such as high temperature tolerance, application specific design and durability. These Cast In Brass Coil Heaters are advance concept of thermal engineering, which are similar to high watt density cartridge heaters. The coil heater is mounted over the brass collet, which is designed and machined to high accuracy for proper transfer of heat and are covered with a stainless steel clamping band.
