The Table Feeder is the most versatile and accurate mode of extraction of material from hoppers and bins. Live load does not affect the operation of the equipment A controlled and accurate flow is obtained from this equipment without spillage of distortion to the product structure.

This is a device to separate solids (in powder or granular form) from air/gases. When the material is moving as in pneumatic conveying, the solids are separated. In this device, air is made to flow at cyclonic speed and made to rotate in a cylindrical vessel of suitable design. When the solid material attains high speed, it picks up centrifugal force and choose to cling to outer surface while air retains high speed it gets due to its velocity factor. Suddenly in the center, air outlet is provided for air to go out while due to centrifugal force the solid material is not able to change direction but goes downwards and gets separated.

This device is capable of offering separation efficiency up to 90%, of course, depending upon, design, material, bulk density etc. There is one collecting hopper where material gets collected. Smaller the diameter, better is the efficiency.

Multi Cyclone
When volume of air flow is large, single cyclone tends to become inefficient. Therefore it is recommended to use multiple number of cyclones thus called multi cyclone. It has a common body container wherein number of small cyclones are included, each handling small volumes, thus offering better efficiency. Thus, number of cyclones operating together offer far better performance for larger volume than single one. Of course dimensions are favorable too and so the cost.

Rotary Air Lock are used to extract material from bins or silos which are under vacuum or pressurized. It extracts the material from the bin or silo without disturbing the vacuum or pressure of the system. Various options are available for different types of applications. Shown here is a Flow Through Type of Rotary Air Lock suitable for Pneumatic Conveying, delivering a controlled flow of material for conveying to pipes.

A bucket elevator, also called a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials (most often grain or fertilizer) vertically.

It consists of:

1.Buckets to contain the material;
2.A belt to carry the buckets and transmit the pull;
3.Means to drive the belt;
4.Accessories for loading the buckets or picking up the material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator.

A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. A centrifugal discharge elevator may be vertical or inclined. Vertical elevators depend entirely on the action of centrifugal force to get the material into the discharge chute and must be run at speeds relatively high. Inclined elevators with buckets spaced apart or set close together may have the discharge chute set partly under the head pulley. Since they don't depend entirely on the centrifugal force to put the material into the chute, the speed may be relatively lower.

Screw conveyors in modern industry are often used horizontally or at a slight incline as an efficient way to move semi-solid materials. These can have a greater pitch spacing, resulting in a higher capacity without an increase in rotation speed. They usually consist of a trough containing either a spiral coiled around a shaft, driven at one end and held at the other or a Shaftless Spiral, driven at one end and free at the other.
