Operation bar is manually fed on to number of discs made out of H.S.S. (Hard & Ground) These discs are designed to rotate at r.p.m. of 1440, thus imparting very high speeds to the bar. This facilitates polishing of the bar and at the same time helps in transporting of the bar to nozzles.
