The Bar is Manually fed on to number of Disc made out of H.S.S.. These disc are designed to rotate at an r.p.m of 1400, thus imparting very high speeds to the bar and at the same times helps in transporting of the bar to nozzles. -
The bar is guided by two brass blocks. Another brass pipe is provided at the end of bar machine to guide the bar stock out of the machine on the wooden sleeper -
During the working of the machine, oil is circulated continuously which achieves better lubrication less wear and tear of disc and controls temperature. This also helps to achieve better finishing of the product. -
The Bars which has gone through straightening & cutting machine will only be straightend with the help of set of straightening nozzles | |
