Our Disc Ridger consists of mild steel angle iron frame, hitch system, and two discs. We fabricate precision engineered disc ridger using high grade raw material and cutting edge technology. It can make irrigation banks of 500-600 mm height and 600 -800 mm width for effective control of flood irrigation. To match different crop and soil conditions bunds of various size and shape can be made.

The Disc angle is adjustable along the frame to vary bund width and height.

SCRAPER BUCKET SYSTEM:

Scraper Bucket is equipped with ruggedly constructed frame, twin double wheels with tubed tyres of suitable size, fitted with laser mounting platform, complete hydraulic system with cylinders, hoses, valves and laser hook up fitting for automatic operation of scraper.

Zero Till Multi Crop Planter is used for sowing bold grains like maize, groundnut, peas, cotton, sunflower and wheat on tilled field. The planting discs for different crops can be easily changed without dismantling the seed hoppers main shaft. Due to these properties missing of grains and grains damage is almost negligible. Fertilizer can be used simultaneously according to requirement.

Straw Reaper is a threshing machine, cut, threshed & cleaned the straw in one operation and gives superior separating performance. The wheat stalks left after combine harvest are cut by an oscillating blades while revolving reel pushes them back toward & auger. The stalks are conveyed into the machine by the auger & guide drum, which reached the threshing cylinder which cut the stalks into small pieces against concave. Double Blower operating just behind rushes the straw to trolley attached & separate the dust particles.
