About UsDASTAKARI GROUP was started in 1985 in Sub Urban areas of Delhi. From being a local vendor, this group has come a long way. Currently has a strong foot hold as a self reliant manufacturer and production organization for the last 14 years in the export industry. All this has been triggered by the single vision and ambition of DASTAKARI Group. Their single minded dedication has ensured that the Group becomes a name to reckon with in the export market.
Dastakari Group works in the field of alternative production & marketing of Zari related handicrafts and artificial Jewellery. The underlying objective of All Dastakari Activities remains that of creating a wider and ever growing market presence.
Certain criteria were established from the very start, and the primary objective of the Dastakari Group is to make its presence felt in the ever- so competitive Exports market. We are already in liaison with export houses to get our art wider support and market value. Besides being an avant-garde, Dastakari also works towards the social benefit of the poor. We facilitate this by providing handicraft-related skills training to poor and support them by making them self-reliant. The organisation has also been working with rural women, After arriving at the Dastakari Group; they get training in the following disciplines: material cutting, sewing, weaving, dying, zari-work and various other skills related to handicraft production. |
Warehouse / Production CapacityWe have a spacious warehousing facility which enables us to safely store the raw materials as well as the finished products. Furthermore, we also have packaging unit for meeting the packing needs of the end products. We use quality packaging materials like wooden boxes, bubble sheets and others, which ensure safety of the products during the transit period. We also have association with various transportation agents, which helps in smooth and prompt delivery of the products.
