Established in the year 2001, Datta Irrigation Company is a renowned organization engaged in manufacturing, exporting, and supplying of drip irrigation systems. Our product line encompasses ball valves, precision ball valves, water flow ball valves, emitting pipes, lateral pipes, drippers, screen filters, micro tubes, and rubber grommets. Apart from these, we also offer pipe end caps, take off pipe connectors, pipe joiners / connectors, on line water filters, ball valves and flush valves. further, we are also engaged in offering oe products and private labeling to our customers.

With the main intention to provide latest micro irrigation products to farmers, we use the Integral Drip Line technology in our production process. Our sophisticated drip irrigation systems and wide distribution network enable us to meet the deadlines set by our domestic and global customers. In the domestic market, we have our dealers’ network across the five states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal, and Bihar. Drip irrigation is essential to agriculture keeping in mind certain environmental factors such as continuous shrinking of water resources and the changes caused by it. With a detailed study of factors such as soil, water, crop, land terrain and related agro climatic conditions, we have devised an economically viable and appropriate drip irrigation systems that could deliver a predetermined quantity of water at the root zone of each plant at regular intervals. Watering through drip irrigation systems ensures that the plant does not undergo stress or strain of less and over watering.

How It Works?

• Through drip irrigation water is delivered to the crop using a network of mainlines, sub-mains and lateral lines.
• The emission points are spaced along the length of network mainline.
• The dripper or emitter used delivers pre-measured water, nutrients, and other plant growth substances in a controlled & uniform way directly to the root zone of the plant.
• The water and nutrients enter the soil directly from the emitter, and move into the root zone of the plant through the combined forces of gravity and capillary.
• It minimizes the plant’s withdrawal of moisture and nutrients immediately and thereby ensures that crop never suffers from water stress. This way it enhances the quality and high yield of the crop.

Located at Faizpur, Maharashtra our manufacturing unit is spread across a sprawling area of 10,000 square feet. The manufacturing unit is installed with latest machines in order to fabricate and offer quality range of drip irrigation systems. In our manufacturing unit, we have installed following machines:

Apart from the production unit, we also have facilities such as an in-house design unit with CAD/CAM software, quality testing unit, R&D unit and warehouse unit.
