An environment friendly elastomeric preparation, our range of Heat Reducing Coatings is widely used on clean and mechanically sound substrates such as metal, wood, brick, plastered surface, concrete and others. Accurately formulated, the range is hot from outside but cool form inside. Further, due to their flexible nature and heat insulation property, these are highly recommended as a thermal barrier coating. Formulated as per industry standards, it helps in reducing both peak temperature and daily temperature cycle of any exterior surface or rood membrane that is exposed to. It also helps in saving utility costs by reducing thermal transmission. Further, due to their excellent elongation property, these coatings help in keeping the building intact even if it goes through the cycle of stresses arising from expansion and contraction.

Surface Preparation & Application:

• Surface to be coated must be clean, dry and free from any oil, dust, debris, and grease. For all types of surfaces it is recommended to use high pressure water washing or concentrated pre treatment detergent surfactant cleaning
• Before application any loosely adhered coating must be removed and bare surfaces must be prepared cleaned and checked for compatibility
• A primer coat is recommended with dilution of Mr. Expert KOOL KEEP with potable water @ ratio 1:1 by brush application
• After 3 hours use Mr. Expert KOOL KEEP by brush
• One may apply third coat if necessary
