Auto Backwash Filteration

We offer Auto Backwash Filtration system for on line auto backwashing. It filters the fluid and allows the dirt deposit physically on the surface and let the filtered fluid to pass through. It consists of SS Filter housing with inlet for contaminated fluid, outlet for filtered fluid and drain for backwashed fluid. Flawlessly designed using latest technologies, our range provides enhanced filter life, easy operational mode and also offers easy expansion due to modular construction. Our range is durable, resistant to rust and construction and capable to withstand varied weather conditions. Customization is also provided as required by the client.

Works on:

Filtration Mode when contaminated Fluid flows through Filter Element physically depositing the dirt on the surface and allowing filtered fluid to pass through.

Backwash Mode when Filtered Fluid flows in the reverse direction from outlet, dislodging the dirt deposit on the filter surface to drain Backwash is initiated at set intervals and duration and takes place in progression from the first to last housing to evenout the flow/pr drops or when the Differential Pressure across the element is more (Optional).
