About Us
Incepted in the year 1999, we have established ourselves as one of the world reckoned manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of footwear components, which are made using high quality raw material. Our range of products is manufactured to cater the diverse and growing requirements of footwear industry. In addition to our manufactured range of footwear accessories and adhesives, we also trade in chemicals and offer consultation regarding cobalt metal. The high quality adhesives, which we offer is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems standard, also approved by SATRA.

We initially started our business as a dealer and consultation firm of chemicals and cobalt metal but later considering the growing requirements of footwear industry for footwear accessories, we diversified into mainstream business to manufacture and export of different types of footwear components.We have our sister concern, named DFC EXPORTS, which guarantees to export quality products.


Quality Assurance
Quality is our forte and we ensure to maintain it at each level of the working process. Our in-house quality control lab tests the quality of our products at each level of the manufacturing process. Further, it also keeps a check on the products such as chemicals, which are procured from other vendors. Our quality assurance lab is equipped with different types of equipment, which can test the products for durability, ability to stand any weather conditions etc. We provide adhesives for the footwear industry conforming to iso 9001:2000 quality systems standard, which are also approved by SATRA.


Infrastructure and R&D
We have well equipped infrastructure, equipped with high quality laminated machine, which assists in the manufacturing of our range of products. We continually upgrade these machines to ensure quality and flawless production for any number of specified order. Our infrastructure is the backbone of our organization and is regularly updated with the help of our R&D wing. It keeps us abreast with the latest technology and helps in product development.


About Our Mentor
The foundation stone of our organization was laid by Mr. Raj K Khanna, who has tremendous industry experience. He is a chemical engineering graduate from the reputed institute of IIT, who has six years of experience working with Hindustan Copper Mines. After gaining six years of experience working with Hindustan Copper Mines, he moved to work with Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines, where he gained 20 years of experience. Combining his skills and industry expertise, he came back to India and laid the foundation stone of D’Chemet International.

We have participated and attended various exhibitions in India and around the world. We are regular exhibitors at the IFCOMA (Indian Footwear Components Manufacturers Association) held in India. We also regularly attend the APLF (Asia Pacific Leather Fair) and are member of the CAMA (Chemicals and Alkali Merchants Association).

Leveraging on the industry expertise of our founder Mr. Raj Khanna, we offer consultancy in cobalt metal. He is the right person to consult for any advises relating to cobalt metal.
