Our clients can avail from us a wide range of combines wastewater pre-treatment Units. This unit is mainly fed with wastes, with the help of pump or gravity. Further, the pump or gravity is fed into the unit through a fix pipe system such as wastes, passing through the screen basket and are screened, thus, the bigger solid particles are removed. After this, the effluents pass in the tank (hopper) section, where finer solids particles are allowed to settle down and are further removed by a low rotating shaft-less screws system. Being an optional, the unit can also be designed with an oil/grease removing system.

 

The range of combined machines is designed to carry-out two functions at the same time:

  • Oil/Grease removing

  • Washing/compacting of solid removed

  • De-greasing

 

Furthermore, the wastes go into the machine with the help of a fix pipe and reach the tank, where are allowed to settle down. We are engaged in supplying and exporting a wide range of overflow screens, which is used for the storm water treatment, for the beginning rain treatment in the application with an overflow such as overflew plants, channels with overflew basin. Furthermore, to remove deons and other pollution usually contained in storm water, especially after heavy rain.

 

The machine mainly consists of:

  • A senxarcular perforated trough

Moreover, the semicircular perforated trough is is designed using A8I304 and AISI316 stainless steel and is supported by a stainless steel frame. The shafted screw has a brushed-end Brat that keeps the trough cleaned moving the debris towards the discharge section. The brushes can also be used avoid the trough Cs holes blockage and keep a high filtering efficiency. The shafted screw waking is then managed by a monitoring gauge fit at the machine ending. Besides this, the discharge section features an amassing tank provided with an expulsion system.

Lime Dosing System

Silos for lime storage and dosing systems, our precision-engineered range of lime dosing systems are extensively used in water treatment plants as well as in many other applications such as wastewater & industrial sludge treatment. Our range is manufactured using premium quality raw material and is often used to prepare the lime milk for the sludge treatment. Furthermore, the vertical silos fitted in our range are designed using carbon steel. It is also electrically welded; shored up by a suitable steel frame and calculated according to the Eurocode 4 and Eurocode 8 Standards. Besides this, the outside is sandblasted with SA 2 1/2 plus an insulation layer and finally a paint layer.


Working principle:

First the lime is loaded in the silo with the help of a proper flanged pipe that is placed at the bottom of the silo. At the same time the venting filter placed on the silo's top is started. The silo is provided with at least three level measuring devices to control the loading stage and the operations as well. The conical bottom is then geared with a flow aid system (pneumatic type such as vibrating aerators, or external electrical type vibrator). Finally, there is the dosing screw conveyor that is connected through a valve to the bottom outlet of the silo. This can further works by an inclination upto 40*. However, many other configurations are also possible, depending on the plant's lay-out.

Since our inception, we are engaged in supplying a range of shaft-less screw conveyors that consists of a rotating screw inside a trough (tubular or U-shaped) having an inlet hopper and an outlet spout, being the rest of the machine completely closed. The absence of the internal shaft mainly allows conveying sticky and entangling material that is usually very diffi­cult to handle and convey with a shafted screw. Furthermore, the bottom of the trough has an anti-wear protection, in form of HOPE liner or sliding bars, depending on the ma­terial to be conveyed (grindings and sludge). The configuration of the conveyor can be “to push", when the drive is placed immediately before the inlet hopper, or can be to draw", when the drive is placed immediately after the outlet hopper. The inclination varies in the range 0°- 30°, with a pro­gressive reduction in efficiency. Although the general rule is that the flow rate drops by 50% at an angle of 30° compared to the flow rate at 0°, in reality, the flow rate depends on both, the configuration and the material to be con­veyed.

Our range is extensively demanded for screen wastewater having high solid content, that can be subsequently compacted. The machines offered by us can operate on the same principle of the FC/FCP model, but has a U-section modular trough and a discharge module of remarkable dimensions. The screen basket is basically positioned at the lower end and is designed using drilled metal sheet or wedge wire, depending on the applications, At the upper end can be placed a de-watering/compactor module that has both the weight and volume reduction (upto 3540%. depending on the screening). The screw is shaft-less and reinforced. The screen is placed inside a dyke or inside a properly designed tank, this one having inlet and outlet spouts designed according to the Customer's needs.

The FCP/C model is provided with a stainless steel tank that allows the installation where the concrete channel is not contemplate. Both inlet and outlet have a flanged spout (see the table below). Basically, the STV system is a compact unit, which carries out the pre-treatment of screening and sand removal of wastewater from cesspool or from industrial processes wastewater, before discharging the wastes in the sewage plants.
