We got registered in the year 2003, and maintained our main focus towards consumer kitchenware goods till 2008, which was shifted to industrial goods in June 2009.

We have established ourselves as a distinguished manufacturer and supplier of a premium range of Coil, Tube and Pipe Bending. Our product range includes Custom Evaporator Coils, Custom Dispenser Coils, Custom Tube Bending and Custom Pipe Bending. All of these products are manufactured using qualitative variety of raw material and assured of compliance with the established norms. We manufacture these in accordance with the detailed specifications and technical drawings provided by the clients. Known for their dimensional accuracy, high tensile strength and corrosion resistance, these products are extensively used by diverse industries, including refrigeration, A/C, vending m/c, water cooler, water dispensing, soda making m/c and others. We use wooden carets and other plastic material for packing our products.

Our process involves designing and manufacturing prototypes and tooling for detection of design flaws. Continually investing in newer ideas and technologies, we are capable of mass production of dimensionally critical components. We also ensure design changes for reduced cost of manufacturing and carrying out reverse engineering processes. By banking upon our experience and an activity-based costing system, we have maintained competitive prices and managed to sustain high profitability. We are readying to lease a manufacturing facility in Vasai, Mumbai and in the meanwhile are operating from 1000 sq. ft. sized facility at the Kandiwali. We have maintained an ultra-modern warehousing and packaging facility at our organization. This unit is sectioned into various divisions for facilitating ease of storage, retrieval and movement of the goods. Fully protected against weather conditions, moisture and rodents, this facility is effectively managed by our well-trained warehousing personnel. Moreover, it boasts of effective connectivity with the major markets all over the country, allowing us to deliver the consignments within the stipulated time frame.

Leadership

Our company will be managed and run by our executive staff including Chief Executive Officer, President, and Vice President, as well as our Board of Directors. Our management staff of directors and supervisors will oversee daily operations. However, as a small manufacturing facility starting out, the CEO, President and VP will be responsible for the majority of purchasing, hiring, training, quality control, and additional day-to-day duties.

Additional key leaders will include executives of finance, marketing and sales, human resources, information technology and operations. While these positions remain unfilled at this time, we do have several extremely qualified candidates interested in joining with us in this new venture.

As we start our manufacturing business, we will implement a plan to hire management and production staff first and fill in with mid-level management and administrative staff as our budget and needs change.

Our Board of Directors is not yet fully formed. CEO will serve as Chairman. The board will consist of company owners (shareholders), officers and directors.

Duties of the Board of Directors may include:
