Inspection: We undergo
inspection of the old dies and grant free expert advice to give the maximum
advantage. Our experts inspect and set aside the dies in such a manner that the
dies can be re-cut and re-polished to a newer size with least increase of
microns. Hence, our clients get maximum number of re-cuts and superb surface
finish in every die.
Reconditioning: We are also engaged in the inspection
and re-cut of the old dies for matched elongation sets.
Annual
Maintenance: We
also provide Annual Maintenance of
dies based on the requirement o the desired clients. The annual maintenance
cost (AMC) varies because it is dependant upon the type and the quantity of
dies that the customer consumes on an annual basis.

The company initially started as HMS, which was established in 1956 and was a leading wire drawing die manufacturer of its time. Subsequently the company diversified into special businesses and lost a substantial share of its dies market.
In the year 1998, Mohd. Ayub left HMS and established his own company with the name as Deeba Dies. With a great comeback in this field the company started to retain the strong hold over this industry by offering qualitative range in the domestic market. In the year 2003, the company got registered by the name of Deeba Dies and Tools and increased its area of heart to all types of wire drawing industry related dies and tools.
