Warehousing & Packaging

We have built a sophisticated warehousing facility at our premises to ensure safe storage of our product range. This unit has been segregated into separate compartments to facilitate systematic storage. Situated at a prime location, our warehouse is well-connected with highways and ports, enabling us to timely deliver our product range. Managed by a team of highly experienced warehousing professionals, this unit has a dust and moisture free environment. To ensure safe delivery of our Pre-fabricated Piping, Pipe Fittings and Pressure Vessels, we pack these using high-grade packaging material.

Experts working with us confirm to provide optimum quality products that are in compliance with the global quality norms & standards. Our professionals are highly efficient and well-informed with the pros & cons of this industry. Further, we have deployed a separate quality checking unit to improve the quality of the products by confuting regular quality tests.

Hot Pushing Mandrel Elbow Forming Automatic M/c having capacity to form Elbows from 8-28 inch & thickness up to 50 mm
2 Cold Forming Machines of different sizes for Elbow production complemented with 3 Edge Preparation machines
Various Hydraulic Presses ranging from 750 MT to 3000 MT for manufacturing of Pipe Fittings
Hot forming section equipped with 2 furnaces and 4 hydraulic presses
Machining section having over 20 lathes and other related machinery
3 Semi-automated Shot Blasting machines for fittings
Pipe Cutting Section having capability up to 52” with add on capacity of up to 28” from automated machinery

Induction Bending Facility

One of the latest Induction Bending Technology India:-

World class Induction pipe bending machine with capacity of bending range 8” – 48” Diameter & up to 120 mm thick pipes
Another Induction pipe bending machine (PB 400 SPL) with capacity of bending range 8" to 48" Diameter & upto 100 mm thick pipes

Pre Fabrication Facility

World class and technologically advanced Fabrication Workshops:-

34,000 MT installed annual capacity.
Equipped with 100+ stations to carry out manual as well as mechanized welding via GTAW, Orbital GTAW, GMAW, SAW, MCAW, FCAW, Orbital FCAW, SMAW processes.
Orbital welding station for TIG welding.
Post weld heat treatment by furnace and local heating (Induction/Resistance).
Fully equipped NABL accredited testing laboratory.
In house Non-destructive facilities like RT/MPT/UT/LPT.
Separate fabrication bays for Stainless Steel material.
Surface Treatment facilities – Shot blasting, Chemical cleaning and Painting.

Spread over 22 acres (90,000 sq. mt.) of land, DEE’s manufacturing facility with an annual installed capacity of 34000 MT Piping Fabrication and 2400 MT of Pipe Fitting is the cynosure of all eyes. The plant divided into 17 bays is equipped with the state of art equipment like Induction Bending Machines, Cutting & Edge Preparation Facilities, Automated and Orbital Welding Systems, Hot Pushing Mandrel, Cold Forming Machines, Furnaces, Hydraulic Presses, Shot Blasting Machines etc. We specialize in handling complex materials like Alloy steel grade P91 and WB36, Carbon steel grade X52 and L6, Stainless steel grade 321 and 347.
