Educational services:

• The management has been making unceasing efforts to spread the light of Free education
• In year 1977, Late Shri Devkaranji Bhoot found ‘Hariram Bhoot Aadarsh High School’, a charitable trust in Pulgaon (his native place)
• It is well equipped in modern teaching aids, facilities and seeks to inculcate the right values in its pupils through a balance of moral, spiritual, academic and vocational guidance
• Apart from the routine education, ‘aadarsh week’ is celebrated every year in the memory of Late Shri Devkaranji Bhoot
• During this week the Narendra group organizes different social activities such as blood donation camps or a cataract operation program for needy and poor people

Spiritual services:

• The group is actively involved in spiritual welfare & concern for blind and handicapped people
• It gives donations to various temples every year
• Besides, it has an independent temple in the plant premises for their employees & staff
• Further, the group organizes activities on auspicious days for its employees

Farmers' Welfare:

• The group makes special efforts to educate farmers about organic cultivation so as to reduce the production cost and make them free of debts
• It also helps farmers by providing a premium on organic Soya seed instead of the regular one and at prices lower than the market price
• With the help of SOPA, RCF, agricultural scientists, technical consultants and experts, supervisors regularly monitor the farming activities
• They guide the farmers on waste management, pest management & recycling and help them adopt better farming practices
• Also, they train the farmers to prepare natural fertilizers, human and animal health care

Community Welfare:
