Earlier we were known as Divyesh Group, which is founded by Mr. Babulal Aghera who continued in the position till 1966 and boost the group by hiring an oil mill in Gondal with other three partners. His business acumen and professionalism has helped us in carrying forward our group along with Divyesh Securities and Abbey Engineering. His legacy is continued by the present head and core group of the company comprising of Mr. Divyesh Aghera and Mr. Bharat Aghera, and Mr. B. M. Manwar.
