DMW Centrifuges are the heavy duty Centrifuge with robust construction; provide rapid acceleration and smooth running. These are the instant Top Discharge Centrifuge in which the filter bag is fitted in the basket having easy detachable top ring. The filter bag along with the basket top is lifted by the monorail hoist or chain pulley and moved to the desired place. The cake is discharged through the centre of the bag. MAIN FEATURES: -

The process of Filtration is similar to other types of centrifuges the difference being in the method of unloading the Solids. The Scraper cuts the Solid cake while the Basket is rotating at a slow speed. The solids are discharged through openings provided in the Basket bottom and Bottom Base/ Inertia plate
