Introduction

We, Deep Insulation are consistently engaged in the manufacturing of aluminium bare rod, super enameled aluminium, kraft paper roll and winding wire reel that widely cater the requirement of transformer manufacturers. Our complete dedication and effort shown in our work ensures quality products at the most competitive price.

Incepted at Delhi, in the year 1999, we have successfully covered a long way and maintained a good hold in the electrical market. Leveraging on our well equipped production facilities and in-house testing facility, we are able to manufacture quality products well within the defined time. With the well understanding of market requirements, we are able to deliver products that are capable of meeting the requirements.

We are lead by Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain who is quite experienced in the field of electrical wires and transformer parts. Under his guidance and support, we have continuously grown in our area of operation. The encouraging response of our clients motivates us to work with more dedication and devotion.

We have well established R&D department, which conducts tests and evaluations to assist the operation department to upgrade, redesign, re-evaluate or modernize existing range of our industrial wires and transformer parts, it further ensures improved performance of our products and reduce manufacturing costs. Quality

We conduct several essential test from our end like Tensile strength, electrical conductivity and resistivity test. All these test are carried at our in-house laboratory to ascertain the quality of the material. Our in-house laboratory are equipped with the test equipments confirming to the relevant IS specifications. Utmost care is taken to ensure consistency and quality. We check our industrial wires and transformers on the following parameters like:

• Dimensional test
• Break down voltage test
• Continuity test (Pin Hole)
• Resistance to abrasion test
