We manufacture a wide range of Adjustable Centre Distance Variable Speed Pulley Drive using high quality raw material. The drive has the four components, namely, Spring Loaded Pulley, Fixed Diameter Pulley, Variable Speed Belt and Motor Slide base. The spring loaded pulley is placed on the shaft of the electric motor that is attached to the motor slide base or swinging base plate and moved towards or away from the fixed diameter pulley during operation. As the centre distance changes, the variable speed belt is wither pulled in or out between the two flanges of the spring loaded pulley, thereby changing the effective running diameter of the pulley while the speed variation is achieved for the fixed diameter pulley. The speed variation ratio achieved is 1:3 and along with fixed diameter pulleys of various diameters, almost the full middle speed range is covered. Customers need to confirm the following parameters while selecting a pulley:

Available with us is a wide range of highly functional Fixed Center Distance Variable Speed Pulley Drive ( F.C SERIES). These products are ideal for use in motors with their ratings ranging from 0.25KW to 15KW. The step less output speed range in case of 1440 RPM motor is approximately 565 to 3780 rpm. This drive consists of two variable speed pulleys & a belt . One pulley is mechanically adjusted and fixed on the motor shaft (also called the driver pulley) and the other pulley is spring loaded, that is mounted on gear box / machine shaft (which is called the driven pulley). The variable speed belt is pulled in or out between the flanges of both the pulleys, thereby changing the effective running diameter of the belt and providing speed variation of 1:6 of spring loaded pulley.
