| Calcite Deepak Mineral Grinders Pvt. Ltd (DMGPL) produces homogeneous quality of calcium carbonate applicable for several industries. Calcite is the purest form of Natural Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) it occurs naturally as a crystalline, rhombohedral shaped Calcium Carbonate. It decomposes in acids, has a Mohs hardness of 3 and specific gravity 2.7 to 2.9. Calcite is widely used as a filler due to its high dispersibility, low oil absorption, higher impact strength, smooth surface finish, easy processing and excellent dimensional stability Uses:
- Plastics industry
- Paints industry
- Rubber industry
DMGPL is one of the India’s largest producer of ultra fine super snow white Calcite powder. DMGPL has a competitive edge with its state of the art beneficiation, European grinding & surface coating technology and its automated processes which ensures consistency in product quality. The product has exceptionally high whiteness and free flowing characteristic and facilitates enhanced processing characteristics at higher loadings. | China Clay China
Clay is a Hydrated Aluminum Silicate,,
which falls under the Kaolinite group of clays is formed by
weathering or hydrothermal alteration of felspathic rocks. It has the
general formula Al 2,(Si 2O 5)(OH) 4. Free Silica (grit) is the most undesirable impurity and is removed
during processing by levigation, sedimentation or air-separation.
First we collect the samples from various mines which is analysed for
composition and physical and chemical properties and its suitability
for various applications is then studied. Moreover, sustained
availability of the material with no variation from mines is given
utmost importance to ensure consistency in final product

| Quartz / Silica Powder Quartz
is the second most common mineral in the Earth's continental crust.
It is made up of a lattice of silica (Si02) tetrahedral. Quartz has a
hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale and a density of 2.65 g/cm3. The
ideal crystal shape is a six-sided prism terminating with six sided
pyramids at each end. Quartz is a common constituent of granite,
sandstone, limestone, and many other igneous, sedimentary, and
metamorphic rocks.
