Creating a niche of Mining Minerals such as Quartz / Silica Powder, Dolomite Stone, Talc Powder/Soapstone and China Clay at its best, with utmost quality.
|
| | Quartz / Silica PowderQuartz is the second most common mineral in the Earth's continental crust. It is made up of a lattice of silica (Si02) tetrahedral. Quartz has a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale and a density of 2.65 g/cm3. The ideal crystal shape is a six-sided prism terminating with six sided pyramids at each end. Quartz is a common constituent of granite, sandstone, limestone, and many other igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks. | CHEMICAL ANALYSIS | | Silica | SiO2 | 99.50% | | Alumina | Ai2O3 | 0.08% | | Ferric Oxide | Fe2O3 | 0.05% | | Calcium Oxide | CaO | 0.05% | | Magnesium Oxide | MgO | 0.07% | | Sodium Oxide | Na2O | 0.10% | | Potassium Oxide | K2O | 0.06% | | GRADES | | MESH | RETENTION | COLOR | MAIN CONSUMERS | | Grains | As per required sizes | Semi to snow White | Glass, Ceramic chemical, paints sanitary wares, frits ,potteries, insulators, refractories etc | | 200 | Up to 0.5 % | Semi to Snow White | | 300 to 500 | Up to 0.5 % | Semi to Snow White | | | Send Enquiry |
Dolomite Stone Dolomite is the name of both carbonate rock and a mineral (formula: CaMg(CO3)2) which is named after is discoverer-a French mineralogist Deodat de Dolomieu consisting of a calcium magnesium carbonate. it contains 30.4% of CaO, 21.7% of MgO and 47.9% of CO 2. DMGPL manufacturing snow white grade Dolomite Powder. This exclusive grade is available near Udaipur only. | | Talc Powder/SoapstoneTalc is a soft hydrous magnesium silicate, also known as soapstone. The company has its own mines in village Karchha near about 65 kms from the factory . Different grades of talc ranging from 80% to 98% (whiteness) are excavated free from calcium and iron contents. DMGPL is producing high grade super snow white talc powder with latest machinery inbuilt with aerodynamic classification system to get uniform particle size on consistently. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: -
It contains magnesium Oxide (Mgo) and silica (Sio2) mainly. Its Physical characteristics are as under:- 1. HARDNESS : 1 to 1.5 2. COLOUR : Super snow White 3. FEELING : Soft and greasy USES:- Talc powder is used in innumerable industries mainly in: - Paints, paper, Plastics, rubber, soap industry

China Clay China Clay is a Hydrated Aluminum Silicate,, which falls under the Kaolinite group of clays is formed by weathering or hydrothermal alteration of felspathic rocks. It has the general formula Al 2,(Si 2O 5)(OH) 4. Free Silica (grit) is the most undesirable impurity and is removed during processing by levigation, sedimentation or air-separation. First we collect the samples from various mines which is analysed for composition and physical and chemical properties and its suitability for various applications is then studied. Moreover, sustained availability of the material with no variation from mines is given utmost importance to ensure consistency in final product | CHEMICAL ANALYSIS : GRADE DMCC-20 | | | | | Silica | Sio2 | 46.3 | | Alumina | Al2O3 | 35.4 | | Ferric Oxide | Fe2O3 | 0.4 | | Titanium Oxide | TiO2 | 0.9 | | Maganous Oxide | MnO | Traces | | Calcium Oxide | CaO | 2 | | Magnesium Oxide | MgO | 0.4 | | Loss on Ignition | | 13.4 | | PHYSICAL DATA | DMCC-20 | | Whiteness compared to MgO | 82 % | | Oil absorptiong oil / 100g | 32 % | | Specific Gravity | 2.58 | | pH | 8.00 | | Moisture | 0.20 | | | | Send Enquiry |
