Incepted in the year 1997, Deepanjali Metals has come a long way in C.I and S.G.I. casting industry leaving behind a milestone with high quality cast products. Backed by satisfying machanicle setup and latest testing facilities in the laboratory we have elevated the standard of excellence in the industry in manufacturing and supplying CI casting, SGI casting, steel casting, clutch brake assemblies, industrial valves, pressure plates, air intake systems, casting for motors.

About Us
Our wider assortment of casting products comprises of cast iron (C.I.) castings, spheroidal graphite iron (SGI) castings and cylindrical heads. Furthermore, we manufacture steel casting, valves castings, clutch brake assembly, pressure plate, castings for air intakes and motors. We also undertake steel castings to produce valves and pumps for various industries. Manufacturing Facilities
We have standard machinery at our manufacturing unit in order to meet client specific requirements. Out of the facilities utilized in manufacturing process, Pattern Shop is the most significant, because here we proceed as per the drawing of casting and schedule of the clients that they provide us. We deliver them the required equipment within the given schedule with exact drawing and measurement. We uphold controlled conditions of humidity and temperature and conduct mounting & re-work of patterns, injection molding, thorough inspection and testing to ascertain accuracy in casting process. In addition to this, for moulding purposes we have automatic sand plant, sand conveyor with magnetic separator, specific machine & hand moulding areas and larger containers for melted materials. We also have fettling facility to handle all type of castings from few grams weight components to parts weight in hundreds.

Our research and development (R&D) team is manned by expert researcher and engineers of years of insightful experience in the field of C.I. and S.G.I. casting industry. They are always engaged in R&D work to make us remain abreast with the modern technological innovations in the casting area throughout the world. Our laboratory is backed by universal testing machines, latest hardness testing machines, sophisticated microscope and other latest equipment.
