This furnace is front loading type and is very suitable for range of heat treatments involving forced air circulation. The hearth of furnace is movable through roller mechanism for charging & discharging the components, placed on trays. The furnace is lined with energy efficient ceramic fiber modules and provided with thyristorised controlled heating elements to ensure consistent results. Convective heat transfer in all over the volume of the batch ensures higher temperature uniformity.
