PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is specially designed for producing PVC pipe. It mainly includes twin screw extruder, pipe extrusion die, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray cooling water tank, hauling unit, cutting unit and stack unit. Conical twin screw extruder: Advanced and unique screw design concept ensures the high efficiency extrusion of PVC material, Unique screw design combined with plasticization concept ensures flexible plasticization and super-high output extrusion, Advanced control system ensures the good running. PVC extrusion die: innovative spiral flowing structure avoids fuse mark appearance on the bigger pipe, profile of ideal dwell time is full of the whole flow cross-section, Homogeneous melt distribution with selective temperature control guarantees outstanding product characteristics for PVC materials. Vacuum calibration water tank: with visible stainless steel structure, With two-stage vacuum system in vacuum calibration tank for large diameter pipe, With accurate water level & water temperature automatical control system, With stable recycle liquid filter system.

Spray cooling water tank: special spray ensure fast cooling effect, stainless steel effects environmental concept, With accurate water level & water temperature automatical control system with advanced valve & element.

High efficiency screw designed against the features of HDPE/PP-R materials, ensures stable and high extrusion output. Lattice basket die can work under low melting pressure plasticizing temperature and has large processing range. Strong abrasion resistance in caterpillar , stalbe and high speed pulling force. Dust free automatic cutting unit, the cutting section is flat and smooth with high precision and low noise.

This new technology uses either plastic compound or recycled plastic and wood floor to produce a composite result.

The extruded product with this tooling has the advantages of plastic profile and the qualities of wood, such as good hardness, good rigidity, long service life, and good machine ability. The end product is resistant to the weather and is environmentally safe. Applications for this product include door thresholds and high impact areas.

This sheet extrusion line is vertical structure, with high performance twin-screw extruder, die, screen change system, roller calendar, cooling rocket , haul-off unit , cutting unit and etc.

This kind of line is suitable to produce PVC sheet with thickness of 0.1mm to 30mm and width of upto 2000mm.

Machine Introduction

Our EPE pearl cotton foaming machine is the equipment that has a big L/D ratio and extrudes foam in single-grade. It uses the LDPE resin as the raw material. During the extruding period, the anti-shrinking agents and the foaming agents are injected with high pressure. After the plasticization and mixing by the screw, the material is extruded out from die head. With cooled, the material is shaped and becomes the foam products.

The door and windows profile is made of PVC powder. It is widely used as window and door profile, as well as decorative material. With modern technology and optimized design, it has the property of high output capacity, long life and plastic evenly.

Our range of plastic profiles extrusion line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic door & window profiles and cross-section communication cable pipes, Aluminum-plastic composite profiles, etc. It has stable plastification, high output, low sheering force, long life service and other advantages. The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, haul-off unit, film covering machine and stacker. After simple changing of the die and crew, it also become possible to produce foam profiles.
