The company had its modest beginning in 1960 at Bombay . It was mainly involved in equipments. Later on it diversified in manufacturing of creel stands used by the textile industries namely by Mafatlal & Reliance. Until 1975 when it further diversified in Fabrication of Chemical plants, Equipments and Heat Exchanger. The company catered reputed firms, the likes of L&T, Bechtel, Banka Engineering, Stress crete ltd, Grower & weil, Maclean merger etc to name a few. In 1991 the company undertook turnkey based projects directly & followed on to supplying chemical plants, equipments, heat exchanger to various clients.

The company had reaped its advantage by working with these Multinational companies in terms of Quality, Standards & technology. The core team of the company had brought in practical solutions to small chemical plant manufacturers, it had indigenously sought automation to enhance productivity & quality in a affordable manner.
