But, gradually we have started to expand our business span and in a short time we have converted ourselves as a well known manufacturer, supplier and stockist of these products. Each product is elegantly designed and finished to decorate and package the garment.

We make use of sophisticated production techniques and employee trained and qualified workers in the manufacturing process to smoothly meet the immediate requirements of the clients. With the able assistance of our adroit designing team & software experts, we can competently & efficiently design the products as per the latest trend prevailing in the market. We have a cutting edge infrastructure set-up eccentric to our capacious manufacturing factory that is well equiped with the latest technological machinery & equipments. The factory is spread over 20,000 sq. ft of area and its total annual production capacity is as follows:

• Elastic: 35 Million
• Carton Box: 5 Million

We have a workforce of 170 skilled employees in 7 different departments, who have immense knowledge about the industry, technologies & the market. It covers all the three phases of production including the pre-production process, production process and post-production process. Right from the procurement of raw materials till to the end of the final consignment of the products, the process is religiously followed.

During the production process, the quality standard of the products are checked at every point. Even after the end of the production, to ensure their flawless quality, these products are further checked prior to their final shipment. The varied raw materials used in our production process are ITC Board & Paper for Printing , Reliance yarn & Rubfilla Rubber for Elastic , Good Quality Paper for Carton and others.

To precisely design and develop the product features, we use both indigenous machinery & equipments as well as imported machinery and equipments. The entire production schedule is fixed based on mechanized production process.
