We are manufacturing Hydraulic Cylinders as per the Customer Requirement.

Hydraulic Cylinder are used in lots of industries.
We had a designing team to work according to the customer requirement for the Hydraulic Cylinder.

We are also manufacturing Power Packs for the Cylinders. All types of power pack like Lever Operated, Control Panel Operated, or any type.

Hydraulic Power Pack is a stand alone unit.
The Unit operates on Hydraulic Grade Oil which is pumped to supply the required pressure to the Hydraulic cylinder.

Lab Filter Press is used generally in Laboratories of Ceramic, Chemical, Mineral, Paint and Dyes.

Small Pressure Tank is also given for Feeding the Filter Press.

DELITE's Filter Presses separate liquids and solids by forcing the liquid fraction of a feed slurry through permeable filte cloth. The separation takes place in chamber formed between the recessed faces of plates, which have been clamped together in a heavy duty structure.

 

 

The Moulded filter plates are formed with corrugated drainage surfaces in the chamber recesses and ports for slurry feed and Filtrate drainage. Each face is covered with a filter cloth and the plates are clamped together using a Screw or Hydraulic Ram. Slurry is pumped under high pressure, filling the solids and pushing liquid out thourhg the filter cloth.When no more solids can be forced into the chambers, the feed pump are turned off and compressed air is used to remove interstitial water from pores in the filter cake. When the desire residual moisture content has been achieved the filter is opened, cake is removed and the procedure is repeated.
