DELTA  was started in the year 1989 to manufacture rocker shafts, water and oil pump shafts to the tier I vendors and vehicle manufacturers. Later on, we added special equipments like Induction Hardening & CNC turning centres etc . This helped in supplying precision machined engine parts for reputed OEM’s like Caterpillar, Same Deutz Fahr , Sundram Fasteners, Rane Madras etc.

We are constantly developing better process controls in manufacturing for fool proofing the process to produce defect free parts used in Engine manufacture by vehicle/Genset makers to improve functional efficiency of our products. Further, we also have our focus on:

We use Carbon as well as alloy steel as per specification with  raw material procured from recognized vendors. We offer in various specifications as per customer drawings and is used in various industries due to high tensile strength, corrosion resistance and fine tolerances and finish. Quality Assurance

We are a quality conscious and offer range of products within the committed time frame. We use right quality raw material procured from established vendors. Starting from the procurement of raw material to the final despatch of products, our processes are subjected to stringent quality checks. Due to our rigorous checks we have been awarded repeat orders by OEMs. We are accredited with ISO 9001-2008 certification approval by DNV-The Netherlands

Our organization has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which enables us to deliver quality range of products within the set time frame. Managed by a diligent team of skilled workmen and staff, our unit is well equipped with latest machines to produce the precision parts demanded by customers.

• Factory- 2400 sq.ft.
• Office  -   500 sq.ft.
• Raw Material Storage- 500 sq.ft.
• Inspection and packing  Room - 500 sq.ft
• We can produce precision machined parts up to 90 mm Dia and 600mm length with the help of CNC lathes, cylindrical and Center less grinders, High frequency Induction hardening m/c, Hydro Pneumatic press, and drilling & tapping machines
• We are equipped with necessary test and check facilities like crack detector, hardness tester, surface roughness tester, millipore test and digital height Guages. 

We receive new drawings from customers like SAME ,CAT for indigenous development of imported parts and with the long experience in R & D, we are capable of supplying such parts from either drawings or samples they send to us. Our R&D experts understand changing requirement of our clients and manufacture a range accordingly. Owing to the assistance of our R&D wing, we have been able to export to Italy and USA a  range of tractor and vehicle parts.
