Established in the year 1991, at New Delhi, we Delta Exports, are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of fragrance products. Our range include incense, candles, potpourri, premium life style fragrance products and incense accessories. Under the guidance of our mentor Mr. C.L. Jain, we have recorded positive growth in these years. He has extensive knowledge about the domain who help us to manufacture products with different fragrance. To support him, we also have an experienced team that enables us to products the range that can meet the requirements of our customers.

Product Design:
It all begins here. Reducing the environmental impact of our products starts with the product design phase. Design dictates the quantity of raw materials, type and recylability of materials, energy consumption required for manufacturing and use, and the ease of recycling. For example, our decision to minimise Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) displays makes our product line much more environmentally friendly. Our product packaging is further minimised by use of counter top displays which reduced the need of additional packaging materials.

Vendor Education Program
A vendor education programme is being devleoped to educate vendors and ensure that wastages are minimised and eco friendly production techniques are encouraged.

Noise Pollution, Visual Pollution. We do not follow wet colors for coloring purposes of all our incense sticks but all raw materials are mixed together in a dry state. We do not use any kind of botanicals which are restricted as per the Wildlife Conservation Society of India.

Energy Efficiency
Our our wax tank boilers use water jackets to save energy. Our production units are designed such that we can make maximum use of natural daylight without any need of extensive lighting and electricity usage.

Recycling
Recycling 1 tonne of paper saves up to 70% of the energy used in manufacturing from virgin materials and requires 40% less water.

Delta’s holistic approach to recycling — encompassing a product’s maximum components — are recycylable for eg: Paper, Tin, PET, Glass, Ceramics etc. which can be either or recyled or biodegradable in an environmentally sound manner.

Further, we have modern manufacturing facilities, which is fully computerized assist us in manufacturing flawless range. In addition, we are also an ISO 9000 quality management system certified by TUV, Germany, This ensures the international quality standard of our products.

The AQL of a sampling plan is a level of quality routinely accepted by the sampling plan. It is generally defined as the percent defective (defectives per hundred units X 100%) that the sampling plan will accept 95% of the time. This means lots at or better than the AQL are accepted at least 95% of the time and rejected at most 5% of the time.

The AQL can be determined using the operating characteristic (OC) curve by finding that quality level on the bottom axis that corresponds to a probability of acceptance of 0.95 (95%) on the left axis.

Associated with the AQL is a confidence statement one can make. If the lot passes the sampling plan, one can state with 95% confidence that the quality level of the lot is equal to or better than the AQL (i.e., the defective rate of the lot < AQL). On the other hand, if the lot fails the sampling plan, one can state with 95% confidence that the quality level of the lot is worse than the AQL.

The AQL describes what the sampling plan will accept, but it is also important to know what the sampling plan will reject.

Acceptable Quality Level

As MIL-STD-105E is based on random sampling, therefore a few defectives are considered acceptable. The AQL is the maximum percent defective that, for purposes of sampling inspection, can be considered satisfactory as a process average. Different AQLs may be designated for different defects such as critical, major and minor defects. The AQLs should be agreed upon between buyer and supplier before the start of production.
