We are instrumental in offering Grease - Off - Oil & Grease Remover, which is used to remove oil, dirt and heavy duty grease from decks and oil tanks. This liquid compound is a composition of wetting agents, aromatic solvents and dispersing agents. Tanks used for any type of transportation of animal or vegetable can be cleaned using this product.

Method of Application:

For tank cleaning e.g. machine, rock & roll or spot cleaning, variety of washing systems can be adopted.

Machine Washing:

• 2 to 3% Grease - OFF at 55 to 65ºC must be used with continuous stripping.(Inject correct  Volume of grease - off into the water line). At ambient temperature, tank must be rinsed with water
• For circulation: In the circulation tank, 2 to 3% solution must be made, heat at 55 to 65ºC (dependent on the type of soil) and proceed as above

 

Rock & Roll:

In order to clean the fill tanks water must be added with Grease - Off during filling so that complete mixing and correct concentration can be attained. Till correct temperature is reached, heating coils must be kept on full heat. After 24 hours tanks must be stripped and rinsed.

 

Manual Cleaning:

5 to 10% concentration in hot water must be added at about 55ºC. The areas to be cleaned with brush must be scrubbed.

 

Safety Precautions:

While working with Solution, though mildly alkaline, rubber gloves and aprons are recommended. Wash with plenty of fresh water, in case of splash in eyes or on skin.
