Acid Corrosion Inhibitor Grade![]() Acid Corrosion Inhibitor that we formulate is chemically composed using mixture of organic alophatic. Stable upto 120ºC, our inhibitors are widely used in oil and gas wells to stimulate the flow of oil or gas from the well. Apart from this, our inhibitors are also used for eliminating incrustations in the wells. In addition to this, hydrochloricn acid, which is preferabily high in demand, is forced under high pressure via the hole into the rock formation to make fracture around the hole. For creating such fractures, 10-15 % of hydrochloric acid is used for producing these fractures and to provide complete security to equipment & tools from corrosion. Moreover, our range has pour point of 12.0 ºC (max) and is quality tested for negative presence of arsenic. Our entire range is known for its homogenous, organic liquids and free from visible impurities features.

Drilling Mud Detergent![]()
We are offering our clients Drilling Mud Detergent that finds application in almost all water based drilling fluid systems. It is used for the purpose of reducing the surface tension and it is a powerful wetting agent. This promotes the setting of mud pH and reduces the balling of shale cutting and causes an increase in penetration rate. It is also a good emulsifier & lowers the torque and drag.

Gas Line Corrosion Inhibitor (H2S)![]() p { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; } Our clients can avail from us, a wide assortment of Gas Line Corrosion Inhibitors (H2S), which is a type of an Oil soluble water dispersible semi-polar organic inhibitor. In this, the organic inhibitor is very effective for sweet carbon dioxide (CO2) or sour (H2S) gas condensate wells, sweet and sour oil wells. In addition to this, our chemical is available in different size of packaging to fulfill the requirements of the clients.
Some more information related to the chemical are as follows:
The material is a free flowing homogenous liquid, which is free from visible impurities and suspended solids
The material is compatible with untreated crude oil mix, which is prepared by mixing 140 ml of crude oil with 60 ml of AR grade xylene and brine corrodent, shall not form emulsion at 24 ± 2ºC. In addition to this, the interface sludge pad thicknesses will not be more than 5% after 5 hours
The material is heated in a well sealed glass stoppered measuring cylinder at 120 ± 2ºC for 2 hours. In a laboratory oven, neither precipitation nor heterogenous layers are observed, on cooling to ambient temperature and mixing after one hour

Oil Line Corrosion Inhibitor![]()
We have gained expertise in providing our clients with a comprehensive range of Oil Line Corrosion Inhibitors, which is formulated using organic specified amines with dispersants. As in almost all oil processing companies corrosion in pipelines, drillings and flowlines is found regularly. For this, we have developed an advanced range of non-corrosive coronil-ol that gives a tough film in the pipeline. In pipelines, if the velocity of flow is less then required for turbulent flow, liquids will not contact top area. For this, in most cases free liquid moves along the bottom of pipe, which depends upon velocity the layer that may be both condensate and water or as discrete layers of oil and water. Specification:
Scale Inhibitoer![]() our clients can avail form us scale inhibitor. Salt content of sea water on an average of 3. 5%. In addition to this, sea water contains about 13 ppm strontium, 65 ppm bromine and trace amount of many. Strontium forms a sparingly soluble compound with sulfate solubility of stantium sulfate in water is 114 mg/lit at the temperature of 25ºc. That is less than calcium sulfate, which is 2630 mg/ht. Expressed as 2h2o, caso4 and more than barium sulfate that has solubility of 2. 3 mg/lit.

Water Injection Corrosion Inhibitor (WIN)![]() p { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; } We are offering our clients a wide range of Water Injection Corrosion Inhibitors (WIN) that are widely used in oil field for flooding purposes. Generally, oils contain about 3 – 3.2 % water for which sodium chloride is mixed with water that makes it highly corrosive. To prevent this corrosion almost all industries use coronil 505.

Our chemical are a clear free flowing homogenous liquid at ambient temperature (24 ± 2°C), which is free from foreign matter
Our chemical has viscosity of neat and cab be completely miscible in and compatible with sea and formation water
For the excellent working of our chemical, the viscosity of product should not be more than 200 CPS at 300 RPM at ambient temperature 24 ± 1 °C with fan V.G. Meter
Under the open condition, when chemical is exposed for 7 days, our corrosivity of neat product will not be more than 1.0 MPY with API steel material at ambient temperature.
Some tests on which our chemicals are check at our premises are as follows:
Our chemicals pass all the compatibility tests, while tested with other water food chemicals like polyelectrolytes, defoamers, oxygen scavengers, scale inhibitors and bactericides.
Stable upto 90 ± 5 °C
a.) Static Test : When Sea water containing less than 0.1 PPM dissolved oxygen is treated with 20 mg/liter of corrosion inhibitor, the percentage inhibition should be 80% min at 50°C after 7 days exposure in a system isolated from atmosphere under static condition
b.) Dynamic Test : When Sea water containing less than 0.1 PPM dissolved oxygen is treated with 20mg/liter of corrosion inhibitor the percentage inhibition should be 80% min after 24 hrs. exposure in a system isolated from atmosphere under dynamic test condition (RPM : 24 ± 2)
In our chemicals, the exposed coupons (API - 5LX - Gd.B) will be free from pits and scratches on visual inspection in both static and dynamic tests.
