Our organization is engaged in providing Rustkleen 58 - H.D. Rust Remover which is suitable to remove rust stains from ceramics, glass and wood. This product gives a temporary rust resisting top layer. Our product is also suitable for engine rooms, decks and cargo holds. Moreover, this product conforms as rust remover to defense specification DEF 37

 

Chemical Composition :

With wetting and penetrating agent, phosphoric acid based rust stripper fortified with corrosion inhibitor or prevent attack on bear metal.

Method of Application:

In order to eliminate light deposits spray 25 % (V/V) solution of Rustkleen 58. Till all the rust is removed or loose, the process may be repeated at a suitable interval. Further, the surface is then washed clean, brushed and free of rust.

 

Solution may be heated to 60ºC, in case of heavy scales or rust and then applied to parts.

 

Solution is recommended, for brush application 40 to 50 %. After application of the solution, it must be allowed to react for 5 to 15 minutes and then rinse with water. By reaction with oxide, it produces a flash phosphate coating and a good base for painting also.

Precautions:

As Rustkleen 58 contains highly acidic ingredients, the contact with skin must be avoided. For continuous working with solution, use rubber or PVC gloves
