Delta's chip inductors are applicable fully to automated assembly. These chip inductors provide maximum protection features for solder reflow, welding and come with precise formed caps of high temperature acrylic for perfect co-centering and vacuum pickup. They have excellent solderability and are able to withstand pull-up force, mechanical shock and pressure. Available in sizes of 0402, 0603, 0805, 1008, 1210, 1812, our chip inductors have wide inductance range for virtually all broadband and RF applications.

More than 15 years Delta has gained industry's recognition, confidence and commendation by continuously offering innovative quality brushless DC air cooling products. Broad product range covers axial fan from 25mm-170mm, blowers from 45mm-160mm, cross-flow fans and slim blowers. In combine with patented distinctive blade design, innovative structure design and "Sensflow" control not only greatly increase cooling performance but also reduce system noise with temperature sensor control when the fan is in low load operation. Fans with hot-swap construction, fan trays and modules with strong pan and first-rate efficiency are also produced.

Product Research & Development
Innovations are everywhere in our products. Engineering expertise backed by sophisticated test instruments and equipment gives Delta very strong design capability. Advanced engineering equipment such as Star-LT simulation software, computerized CNC machines, semi-anechoic chambers and wind tunnels are used to develop high performance, low noise and cost effective products. In past two years, Delta has introduced industrial leading design FFB series, GFB series and advance electronics controlling configuration.

Quality Assurance
Delta is a QS-9000 accredited and ISO-9001 certified manufacturer for brushless DC air cooling products. We implement strict reliability tests in the design stage and have put into place Statistical Process Controls at each production process. Because of our outstanding performance in quality and reliability, we not only have received a "Certificate of Excellence" from the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Republic of China, but also have received numerous vendor awards from major customers, such as Dell, Nortel, IBM, HP, NEC, Xerox, Philips, NCR and Others.

Manufacturing
Delta's automation department is highly specialized with computerized state-of-the-art equipment. We build computer integrated automated production line in-house for the assembly and testing. This allows us to provide large production capacity plus high quality and cost effective products to our customers.

Delta Air cooling group began overseas production on large scale first in China Dongguan in 1991. To further support regional demand and world-wide logistics support Delta group's also manufacture our product lines in Thailand Wellgrow and in newly build China Wujian by linking with our vertically integrated manufacturing system.

Since 1981, Delta has been producing quality, dependable EMI filters that cater for power supplies, monitors, instruments, networking and medical equipments and many other tools around the world. Our present products covers IEC inlet filters with a maximum of 20A, chassis mounting filters with maximum of 60A and three-phase filters with maximum of 600A/520 VAC. Our mass produced three-phase filters are extensively used in AC motor drives and machine tool applications. We are also readying the designs and production of high frequency telecom & networking products.

Our products range from switching power transformers, line filters, inverter transformers, SMT power inductors, current sensing transformers and H.V. transformers for use in switching power supplies, PC peripherals, lighting products, televisions, monitors, videos, AC/DC converters and general office and home appliances.

Delta's Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO) are available in Single, Dual, Triple and Quad band with frequency of up to 6 GHz. They are essential components in various cell phone systems, pagers, wireless gadgets, satellite communication equipment, VSATs, base stations and GPS. To provide precision quality in each products we utilize the latest in RF/Microwave engineering equipment from Agilent for testing and analyses. Production facilities as well are fitted with the most advanced surface mount systems, laser trimming systems, functional test systems and electronic optical inspection systems.

Telecom Components
Delta Telecom Components provide the most complete selection of magnetic products for telecom applications including the CO splitter, CPE splitter and in-line filters. Delta also accept to work with OEM customers or private customers.

Networking Components
Delta is one of the selective few component suppliers able to provide Design-to-Delivery service with quality products. Not only can we offer outstanding quality products, we regularly meet our customers' tight mass production schedules. Our range of networking components includes filters for Ethernet, 10Base-T Ethernet, 10/100 Switching Hub, Token Ring, ATM, and Gigabit Ethernet. Also available are Ethernet DC/DC converters, Ethernet (AUI) Isolation Transformers, PCMCIA filtered modules and the space saving RJ45 10/100Base-Tx filtered connectors.
