Our gamut of scraper clarifiers mechanism comprises MS bridge, drive motor primary and secondary gear boxes central shaft, scraper blades and centre well.

These scraper clarifiers are manufactured using the following material:

• Clarifier Basin: RCC
  
• Scraper Mechanism: All the wetted parts ms epoxy painted
  

The speed of the scraper clarifiers varies from 7 to 8 rotation / hour and it is rotated by U central shaft in a clockwise direction. The scraper’s angle can be adjusted by the help of galvanized wire ropes that suits the bottom slope.

We manufacture a wide spectrum of simplex and duplex filters that finds extensive application for removing finer micron size solid particles from air, gas and liquids. The duplex filters are available for continuous service. The filtration from 0.2 microns to 200 microns is also available.

The activated carbon filters find diverse application to purify treated effluent for recycling. It has the ability to save 60% of the amount spent on water used for different purposes.

We offer our customers a good range of industrial pressure sand filters that are used for removing the suspended solids and turbidity to the maximum level. The filter is mostly made from steel and operates under pressure.

The waste water is made to pass through the pressure send filter where the unwanted impurities so attained are left behind at the filter bed. The filter having the facility of flushing that facilitates the removal of the deposited impurity collected at the filter bed, thereby making the filter bed clean.

We offer qualitative range of fixed type slow speed aerator that are similar to floating type high speed. These slow speed aerator are widely used for the fixed type and for the slow speed aerator. The fixed type slow speed aerator can also be customized as per the specifications detailed by the clients.
