Established in 1982 ,we started production of metal processing chemicals in 1985 onwards.Main object was to do research in field of chemicals which are used in processing of metals.Apart from mfg. standard products in the field of heat-treatment of steels,rust-prevention,phosphating of steels,machining fluids,we took several projects to solve problems faced by Engg Industry and succeeded in our efforts.Our main achievements are:
1. Developed a special grinding coolant for SKF Bearings India Ltd.,
2.Developed special heat-treatment chemicals products for GKW Ltd.,
3.Developed special temperature range neutral salt,working at 310 to 450 C for Hidustan Celluloid.
4.Developed very effective rust converters for construction & fabrication industry,which converts old & pitted rust into a protective coat.
5.Designed a synthetic rust preventive - non-oil base- which is eight times economical then oil type RPO and twice as effective.
6.Developed Rust remover for steel industry.
7.Developed heat resistent synthetic cements which set at Room temperature and can stand upto 1800 C
8.Designed a salt for imparting shine on gold ornaments,whether casted,studded or old jewellery.
9.Developed chemical resistent mortars to withstand acids,alkalies,solvents,etc.
10.Developed special carburizing salt to give deeper case depth upto 2.5mm in short time (like 2/3 hours) for HMT Ltd.
11.Developed rapid hardening salt which cuts down the heat-treatment time by half,therby increasing the capacity of equipments.
