We also offer our clients the seat lock assembly, which is used to lock the movable seats.  Wherever movement is given for seats, there will uncertainty on location and movement on vehicle jerks and brake. So our innovation is first to work for safety measures.

Seat lock anchor used is made of special steel & due to its high strength as compared to other material, the wear and tear is very low, which increases the life of our seat lock assembly.

The main safety equipment for the bonnet is bonnet lock. We manufacture the bonnet lock assembly for bonnet lock bolted with vehicle body. When striker rod comes close to the lock our assembly will catch and lock the moment of the bonnet while vehicle is in motion. Material used for this lock is  3.5mm for body and bracket, while hook and stopper are made of 3.0mm sheets.

Springs used are made with special grade steel for their long life. The complete assembly is  fully zinc plated to avoid corrosion.

We offer hinge assembly for side doors, which are made for side door of Bolero vehicle. For smooth movement, these hinges are provided with norglide bush for self lubrication and long life. More over, hinge parts are plated with Zinc of 12 to 18 microns on trivalent process. These hinges are made of material size 4mm  HRPO sheet as per IS:1079.

Assemblies are been tested with ARAI for withstand capacity at 1135Kgf on longitudinal load and 910Kgf on transverse load as per IS: 14225-1995.

We also offer the hinge assembly for hood which are mainly developed for bonnet of Scorpio, of mahindra. With our past experience and observations we have developed and installed automatic load testing machine in process for hinge assembly for better hinge quality.

We offer  door hinges which are made out of 5 mm MS sheet. We also use SS410 Rivets to rivet the Male and Female parts of the assembly, due to whcih the wear and tear of rivet is absolutely nil as compared to MS rivets used by other manufacturers. Life of our hinges is long lasting. The last part, which is available on vehicle without damage is our door hinge only.

We manufacture a wide range of tailgate hinges, which are basically used for the back side of the vehicle door,  which is mainly used for boarding persons from rear side of the vehicle. The other end of the door is locked with latch assembly.

We offer tail gate hinge assembly in three models. Our tailgate hinge assemblies are rigid and have smooth movement as we use rivets and internal surfaces lubricated with molycoat for self lubrication with long life rust preventive measures.

We are specialist in manufacturing of bonnet hinges, also known as assembly hinge hood. These hinges help the up and down moment of the bonnet doors on Jeep, and other similar vehicles.

Sintered bushes are used for movement of rivets on the hinges as lubricating of these type of hinges during monsoon and moist weather is almost impossible.
